You should receive your order in 4 to 5 days from the day you place your order.
Free Shipping unless so noted on the product page (ie., the mini sand chair and the beach chair w/ legs beach chairs have an additional $5.00 for shipping to Western States)
Returns and Refunds on the Beach Chairs: Phone us immediately. A full refund, exchange or credit will be issued within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. A 30% restocking charge may be levied after 5 days. All returned merchandise must be BRAND NEW, in its ORIGINAL saleable condition, and accompanied by a Sales Receipt, or a restocking charge may otherwise be charged. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are not satisfied with any of the other items, call us within 7 days to resolve a problem you may have about the product. Beachchairsandbeyond does not pay for the cost to return any merchandise.
To make delivery more efficient let us know at checkout if your delivery address is commercial or residential.
We are not happy until our customers are totally satisfied.
